What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), often called Tapping, is a structured way of working through emotional stress without becoming overwhelmed by it.

We use gentle tapping on specific points on the face and body while talking through what feels present for you. It might sound simple, but it allows your nervous system to settle while we explore what’s underneath the surface.

It’s practical. Grounded. And often surprisingly effective.
Why Women Come to Me for EFT

Most of the women I work with are capable and responsible. They manage a lot.
But something has started to feel heavier.

They notice:
• Their mind won’t switch off
• Their patience is shorter than they’d like
• Old patterns keep repeating
• Self-criticism has become louder
• They’re reacting in ways that don’t feel like them
They don’t want to collapse.
They just don’t want to keep coping at this level.
EFT gives us a way to work with that — calmly and safely.
What Happens in a Session

Sessions are structured and collaborative.

We start with what feels most present. I guide you through tapping while helping you gently explore the thoughts, memories, or beliefs connected to it.

Sometimes it’s about a current situation.
Sometimes we uncover something older that still carries weight.

You are never pushed.
We move at a pace your system can manage.

Over time, the emotional intensity reduces. The charge softens.
Women often tell me they feel:
• Lighter
• Clearer
• Less reactive
• More accepting of themselves
• More steady in everyday life
Not dramatically different. Just more like themselves.
How EFT Supports Real Change

When emotional intensity lowers, you can think more clearly.

You pause before reacting.
You stop repeating the same arguments.
You feel less pulled by old fears or beliefs.

EFT doesn’t erase your past.

It helps your nervous system stop responding to it as if it’s still happening.
That shift creates space for calmer, more intentional choices.
Is EFT Right for You?

EFT can be supportive if you’re navigating:
• Ongoing stress or burnout
• Relationship strain
• Self-doubt
• Emotional overwhelm
• Habits you’re ready to loosen
• A sense that you’ve “hit a wall”
Each session is tailored to you and your current season.
This isn’t about forcing positivity or pushing through.
It’s about reducing emotional intensity so you can move forward with steadiness.
**EFT is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment, but it can be a valuable complementary support for emotional wellbeing.**
